DenZen is a members-only home exchange community launching in Australia. During the Launch Period, founding members pay no membership or service fees, and members handle cleaning themselves. This Code explains the standards we expect from every member when applying, hosting, staying, messaging, or participating in DenZen community spaces.
By applying to or using DenZen, you agree to act with care, honesty, and respect. A breach of this Code may lead to a warning, cancelled stay, paused access, removal from the community, reimbursement responsibility, or referral to the appropriate authorities.
DenZen is for lived-in homes and genuine community exchange, not anonymous rental inventory. Members should be genuine, transparent, and considerate of the people whose homes they enter.
DenZen is built around reciprocal contribution. Members earn the ability to travel by making their own home available to the network, and every completed trip helps fund life-changing surgery through DenZen’s contribution to Watsi.
A DenZen stay is not a hotel booking. It is an invitation into another member’s personal space. Guests should act accordingly.
Most issues are easier to resolve when they are raised early. If something changes, breaks, feels unclear, or could affect another member’s experience, disclose it promptly.
Requests, approvals, payments, credits, cleaning charges, damage discussions, and stay coordination should remain on DenZen-approved channels unless DenZen specifically facilitates or approves another process.
